This Privacy Policy explains how pro-specwear.com (“Pro-Spec”, “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit www.pro-specwear.com, contact us, or do business with us. It follows Indonesia’s Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
1. Summary
- We only collect the data you give us when you contact or work with us, plus the technical data needed to keep the website secure.
- This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
2. Data controller

3. What we collect and why

These legal bases follow Article 20 of the UU PDP. We do not use your data for advertising, do not build profiles, and make no decisions based solely on automated processing.
If your company provides us with employee data, such as names for embroidery, your company is responsible for making sure those employees have been properly informed.
4. Cookies
This website uses only one cookie for visitors: pll_language, which remembers your language choice for one year. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. Our staff use additional login cookies when signed in to the admin area. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and the website will still work.
5. Who receives your data
- Niagahoster (Hostinger), our website and email hosting provider, which stores the website, server logs and our email inbox, including contact form messages. It uses third-party email delivery and spam-filtering services.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Courier and freight services, which receive the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery address to deliver orders.
- Tax consultants, auditors or government authorities, where required by law.
These parties may only use the data to provide services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. Transfers outside Indonesia
Our website and email server is located in Singapore. Emails may also pass through delivery and spam-filtering services abroad, and WhatsApp processes data on its global servers. We only use providers with adequate data protection standards, in line with Article 56 of the UU PDP.
7. How long we keep data
- Messages and conversations that do not lead to an order: 2 years after the last contact.
- Order and invoicing records: 10 years, in line with tax record-keeping obligations.
- Website security records, such as IP addresses in login attempts: up to 90 days. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own policy.
- Language cookie: 1 year, or until you delete it.
When the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.
8. Data security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), a firewall and login protection, access limited to staff who need it, and regular backups. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 3 x 24 hours, as required by the UU PDP.
9. Your rights
Under the UU PDP, you have the right to:
- be informed of our identity and the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data;
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion or destruction of your personal data;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- object to decisions based solely on automated processing;
- request that processing be suspended or restricted;
- receive your personal data in a commonly used format, to send to another party;
- sue for and receive compensation for violations in the processing of your personal data.
To exercise these rights, email info@pro-specwear.com with the subject “Personal Data Request”. We may ask you to verify your identity first, and we will act on your request within 3 x 24 hours of receiving it in full. Some requests may be limited where the law requires us to keep data, for example tax records.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the personal data protection authority designated by the Government.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for companies and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the update date at the top.
